About the project

This atrractive project will be realised in next two years. Whole object is situated in the centre of Lipno nad Vltavou. Indeed it can offer you a quiet area with lot of privacy, because of the close wood.

Stage I – rebuilding of the 2 original premises, which will result in 20 apartments ( 40 – 80 m2) icluding – a reception desk, restaurant with a clubroom, internet-cafe, billiard table, conference room, relaxation zone - sauna with a Jacuzzi, fitness-centrel, sporting goods rental, swimming pool with a paddling pool for children, pergola with gril (possibility of throwing a grill-parties).

For our „little clients“ will be accessible a childrens cornor both inside the object, and outside (just near the pool).

The building’s exterior accepts the character of the mountain architecture, i.e. houses with sloped roofs, combination of brickwork and timber lining, thanks to which it blends with the character of the village.
