Apartments equipment

We can offer you many types of apartments: 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk. There is even a possibillity to have a garret two-floried apartment, where the classic apartment has a second floor with another bedroom/s. All apartments are supplied by the standard equipment, but you can also have an extra All-inclusive equipment.

Standard equipment

• Walls are painted by the Primalex Polar – white color (can be changed, in case you would like to have another color
• Floor - the paving is used in the kitchen, hall, balcony, toilet and bathroom (the price of the paving is under 300 Kč/m2); in the rest of the apartment (bedroom, living room) you can find the laminated floor (you can choose either beech, birch or ash).
• There are facings in the bathroom an toilet (the price of the facings is under 400 Kč/m2).
• Doors - inside doors are made of veneer (beech, birch or ash); outside doors have five-section plastic profil (white color; may be changed).
• Electrical set – single phase (25 A).
• Apartment has distribution of energy (TV, Wi-fi).

All-inclusive equipment

• Kitchen unit (custom-made), appliace included – fridge, gas-cooker, vapour absorber, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker (3+kk – dishwacher)
• Table and 4-6 chairs
• Three-piece suite
• Coffee table and TV table
• Luminary
• LCD TV (satelit programms) and DVD
• Nábytek do zádveří.
• Bedroom furniture set (bed, mattress, bedside tables, wardrobe and bedding)
• Dishes.
